Baltimore Ravens head coach Jim Harbaugh recently called out the play of his team's offensive line. Shortly after those comments were published, the Ravens attempted to address their lackluster front, acquiring left tackle Eugene Monroe from the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for multiple draft picks, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
NFL.com's Albert Breer later reported that the Ravens will send a pair of mid-round picks in the 2014 NFL Draft to Jacksonville in exchange for Monroe.
Monroe is expected to take over as the Raven's left tackle. The team's current player at the position, veteran Bryant McKinnie, is likely to hit the bench, as former first-round pick Michael Oher is expected to retain his position as the team's right tackle.

The deal sending Eugene Monroe to Baltimore will net the Jaguars two mid-round picks in 2014, get them to 10 picks for that draft. The Jaguars selected Monroe with the eighth overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. He has been one of the best players on the team since, but he was in the final year of his contract and set to hit the free agent market after the season. Jacksonville either didn't think they could re-sign him, or they thought the picks he was worth had more value than retaining him to anchor their offensive line.
