Patriots' Danny Amendola 'good to go'

While the team hasn't made it official, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport is reporting that New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is "good to go" for today's contest against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Entering their Week 5 match up against the Bengals, there were several questions surrounding who would suit up for the New England Patriots. Two of their key injured players have been Amendola and tight end Rob Gronkowski. While Gronkowski wasn't able to make the trip to Cincinnati, Amendola traveled with the team. That made his status for today's game questionable, but there was expectation that he would suit up despite his lingering groin injury.

Amendola has always been considered an injury risk, but when he's been on the field he's proven productive. This has been his MO since joining the league, and even if Amendola is able to suit up today there's no telling how much time will pass before he's once again dealing with an injury.
