UPDATE: Bills’ Injury Update: C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson

The Buffalo Bills’ defense embarrassed Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.  The Bills running attack also came to life with C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson gashing the Ravens' defense all game.  However, Spiller and Jackson suffered injuries and playing in Thursday night's game against the Cleveland Browns is now in doubt.

Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports that Spiller suffered an ankle injury in Sunday's win over the Baltimore Ravens.  Spiller left in the third quarter but did return.  After the game, Spiller was noticeably limping in the locker room.

Spiller told reporters, "I'm going to do as much treatment as I can to get ready for Thursday, but it's a short week, so it's going to be tough.  If I can go out there at least 85 or 90 percent, I'm going to play."

In addition, running back Fred Jackson sprained his medial collateral ligament in Sunday's victory.  Jackson left late in the third quarter but returned in the fourth.  Jackson expects to play, telling reporters, "It's not as significant [as last season]. It's something that we can manage, and I expect to play."

Stay with me for updates and catch my injury reports for both teams later in the week.

 UPDATE:

Jeff Russo of WKBW-TV Buffalo via twitter says Jackson will play
