Lions Injury Report: Calvin Johnson, Patrick Edwards, Chris Houston

It was going to be tough for the Lions without Nate Burleson who is out with a broken forearm. However, it is sure to be harder now, with the biggest news of the day, that all-pro wide receiver Calvin Johnson, will NOT be active in today's game against the Packers. It is the first game that he has missed all season and it will slow the Lions normally explosive offense.
Starting in Johnson's place will be Kris Durham, the former college teammate of Matthew Stafford. Durham has great size at 6'6", but only has 16 career receptions. Durham will need to take a big step up and fill the shoes of the missing star wide-out.

The Lions will have Patrick Edwards who has missed the past few weeks with an ankle injury; he is officially listed as probable, but practiced in full all week. Safety Louis Delmas (knee), defensive end Ezekiel Ansah (abdomen), linebacker Ashlee Palmer (ankle), tackle Jason Fox (groin), DE Israel Idonije (hamstring), cornerback Rashean Mathis (head), and guard Rob Sims (shoulder) are all also listed as probable for the game.

CB Chris Houston (hamstring), and S Glover Quinn (ankle) are questionable, but should be good to go against the dynamic Packers receivers.
