The Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Chicago Bears Sunday night. Who is in?
Who is out? Find out, in your
Pittsburgh Steelers Week 3 injury report.
The Steelers are still trying to recover from the loss of three key players, center, Maurkice Pouncey, linebacker, Larry Foote and running back, LaRod Stephens-Howling, all placed on season-ending injured reserve from injuries suffered in the Steelers’ loss to the Tennessee Titans a few weeks ago. However, they have been down so very damn long, it looks like up for them.
Tight end Heath Miller (knee) is listed as probable and was full participation in practice all week. It may be Miller time! Another encouraging sign is rookie running back Le’Veon Bell (foot) who is listed as questionable and was limited participation on Wednesday and full participation Thursday and Friday. However, as Chris Wesseling of NFL.com reported this week, Bell told reporters that his full participation was “just a start” and he does not believe he is game ready. This is still a good sign for the Steelers that Bell should be back soon.
Rounding out the list of players who are probable is defensive back Curtis Brown (illness) who was full participation all week, linebacker Jarvis Jones (heel) who was limited participation on Wednesday and Thursday but full participation on Friday, defensive end Brett Keisel (calf) did not participate on Wednesday but was full participation on Thursday and Friday and defensive tackle Steve McLendon (hamstring) who was full participation all week.
The Steelers have one player listed as out, cornerback Cortez Allen (ankle). Allen did not participate in practice all week
