Cleveland Browns running back, Dion Lewis, was looking for a
fresh start. Coming from the Eagles,
Lewis knew he could make an impact and help the Browns’ running attack. Sadly for Lewis and sadly for the residents
of Browns Territory, this will not be the case.

Josh
Alper of NBCSports reports that the Browns have placed RB, Dion Lewis, on
injured reserve, a move the Browns saw coming after Lewis fractured his leg in the team’s second preseason
game. Lewis was having a solid preseason
and was on track to become the Browns’ No. 2 ball carrier with RB Montario Hardesty
battling several injuries during the preseason.
RBs Brandon Jackson and Chris Ogbonnaya will see increased
playing time, as they are next on the depth chart when RB Trent Richardson taps
the top of his helmet.
In addition, the Browns waived third year wide receiver, Jordan
Norwood. Davone Bess becoming a Brown is
a big reason for the move. Bess will most likely take over the slot position.
