Interested to hear that Vince Young was among the QBs that worked out for #Raiders yesterday. So did Troy Smith. Heard Vince looked good.

There was speculation earlier this offseason that the
Raiders were interested in bringing Young in for a look following his
impressive workout at the University of Texas Pro Day. They did just that today,
bringing in Young and former Baltimore Ravens backup quarterback Troy Smith.
Young has served as a backup around the league since his
days as a starter for the Tennessee Titans. He’s known as a winner, but he’s
recently been unable to find a regular shot as a starter.
The Raiders could covet a veteran quarterback to add competition
to the position entering next season. There seem to be question marks
surrounding Terrelle Pryor, as it continues to be unclear how much faith the
organization has in the enigma.
