Hear there's mutual interest between ex-#Chiefs RT Eric Winston and the #Cowboys. Dallas also looked into Tyson Clabo. Still have Doug Free

Talks between Winston and the Cowboys appear to be “heating
up,” according to Rapoport. He also notes that the Cowboys have looked into Atlanta
Falcons free agent offensive lineman Tyson Clabo. All the while, Dallas still
has right tackle Doug Free on the roster and under a significant contract.
While the Cowboys have looked into alternatives at right
tackle, this doesn’t necessarily mean the team is ready to cut ties with Free –
who signed a $32 million pact with the club just two seasons ago. If Dallas
signs Winston, they could ask Free to shift to guard. If that doesn’t happen,
the Cowboys could simply release him. Whatever the case, Free’s hefty deal will
not be restructured, according to recent reports.
