The New Orleans Saints re-make of their last ranked defence continues. With Rob Ryan employing his 3-4 defence, the Saints have Pittsburgh Steelers free agent cornerback Keenan Lewis visiting them, as Lewis eluded to via his twitter account on Wednesday @KeenanLewis23

Whilst it is intriguing for Lewis to change to this scheme, having played a lot of zone coverage in Pittsburgh, Lewis appears up to the task having deflected 16 passes in the 2012 season.

Ryan's 3-4 scheme demands solid cornerback play to operate effectively -- we saw some improvement in Dallas last season after the Cowboys inked Brandon Carr and drafted Morris Claiborne. The Saints could use new blood at the position alongside Jabari Greer and Patrick Robinson.
Lewis is part of a talent-rich cornerback group that hasn't been plucked off the market as quickly as some expected. He sits behind Brent Grimes, Sean Smith, Aqib Talib and Antoine Winfield on our list, but Lewis is an ascending player who's just 26 years old.
