The San Francisco 49ers enter tonight’s matchup with the
Arizona Cardinals fairly healthy, as running back Frank Gore (ribs), wide
receiver Mario Manningham (shoulder) and quarterback Alex Smith (right finger)
are all probable to play, reports Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com.

Running back Frank Gore and wide receiver Mario Manningham are expected to start Monday night against the Arizona Cardinals after each player went through a full week of practice.
A rib injury sustained during last week’s contest against
the Seattle Seahawks didn’t cause Gore to miss any practice time. So far this
season the 29-year-old has rushed for 601 yards and four touchdowns while
catching 15 passes for 110 yards.
After sitting out against the Seahawks, Manningham was able
to return to practice at full capacity this week. Over five games played the
wide receiver has 24 receptions for 258 yards and one touchdown.
Linebacker Tavares Gooden (elbow) is also listed as probable
for the 49ers, while offensive lineman Joe Staley is questionable to play due
to an illness.
