Denver Broncos linebacker Danny Trevathan suffered a knee injury yesterday in practice. The injury looked scary and was serious enough for Trevathan to be carted off. Later that night the Denver Post reported that the MRI came back negative, which is a good sign and Trevathan tweeted that night that he was okay.
It is uncertain if Trevathan will miss time or not, but if he does special teamer Steven Johnson is expected to be the guy to take his place. The offense is good enough to be able to withstand the injuries the Broncos are suffering on defense for now, but the defense needs to get healthy if the Broncos want to be playing in late January or early February.

I'm good! Thanks for all of your concerns #BroncosUpTrevathan may not be a household name for people that don't support the broncos, but if he keeps playing like the way he has been he will be. He has the speed to match up against tight ends and and ranks number 1 among 4-3 linebackers in run defense according to Pro Football Focus. Trevathan is a 6th round draft pick in the 2012 draft and it looks like the Broncos might have found a diamond in the rough.
