Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor had to be helped
off the field by the team’s training staff during last night’s contest after
taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from Denver Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard.
The shot to the head occurred late during last night’s game, and Pryor was
diagnosed with a concussion following the contest, according to Scott Bair of
CSN Bay Area.

At this point, it remains unclear if Pryor will be available
for Week 4. Head coach Dennis Allen said he would not speculate on the
quarterback’s condition after the game, but the Raiders have to be hoping that
Pryor will be cleared to return in time to suit up this weekend against the
Washington Redskins.
Prior to suffering his head injury, Pryor was putting
together a solid game. He finished the night completing 19 of his 28 passing
attempts for 281 yards, good for a passer rating of 112.4. He also rushed four
times for 36 yards.
