Oakland Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie told Ian Rapoport of NFL.com that offseason acquisition Matt Flynn is entering camp as the team's "presumed starter" at quarterback. However, Rapoport adds that the Raiders QB situation in general seems to be "very open."
Oakland seems to have doubts that Terrelle Pryor is ready to step up into a starting role, while McKenzie told Rapoport that rookie Tyler Wilson -- who was selected in the fourth round of last weekend's NFL Draft -- will "come in at the bottom until he can maneuver his way up by his play."
The Raiders acquired Flynn from the Seattle Seahawks prior to the NFL Draft. He's currently the favorite to be the team's starter behind center when Week 1 rolls around, but that can certainly change between now and then.
It will be interesting to see if Flynn is once again beat out by a later-round quarterback named Wilson for the starting gig. The Raiders and their fans certainly wouldn't be upset if it results in a similar situation to what's going on in Seattle.

From TA: #Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie told me Matt Flynn is "going into this offseason as the presumed starter." But sounds very open.
