Michael Crabtree suffered a torn Achilles' tendon in Tuesday's OTAs session. Potentially a season-ending injury, per USA Today.San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree had a breakout season in 2012 with 85 catches, 1,105 yards, and nine touchdowns. His 2013 season is now in jeopardy as he has suffered an Achilles's tendon tear in the 49ers organized team activities today, according to Mike Garafolo of USA Today.

Without Crabtree, San Francisco's wide receivers include newly acquired Anquan Boldin, AJ Jenkins, Mario Manningham, and rookie Quinton Patton... a total of 42 receptions in Red & Gold (all Mario's). The most obvious option to fill Crabtree's position would be re-signing free agent Randy Moss.
Considering it's so late in the offseason, it will be hard for San Francisco to find much elsewhere. The good news for the 49ers is that Crabtree's season isn't necessarily over, as former players -- including Terrell Suggs and Da'Quan Bowers -- returned in a matter of months.
