The Arizona Cardinals parted ways with Ken Whisenhunt on
Monday, and the club has announced it will interview former Philadelphia Eagles
coach Andy Reid, Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and their own
defensive coordinator Ray Horton as they begin the search for a replacement,
according to Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic.

While there are questions surrounding the Cardinals
quarterback situation, the job would be appealing to someone like Reid for
several reasons, according to Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com. With the firing of
general manager Rod Graves, there is an opportunity for Reid to have a say in
front office matters like he did in Philadelphia.
McCoy will garner significant attention this offseason for
the job he’s done over the past several seasons leading the offense in Denver.
Horton is also receiving interest from multiple teams, according to NFL.com.
