The Vikings made the announcement yesterday and said Harvin
would not be traveling with the team as he continues to deal with a sprained
ankle he sustained at the beginning of this month. He still can’t put much weight
on the injured ankle, and it will sideline him for another week.
When he has been able to take the field for Minnesota,
Harvin’s been quarterback Christian Ponder’s top target. The wide receiver has
caught 62 passes for 677 yards and three touchdowns on the year.
