Ryan Tannehill took first-team reps in the portion of practice open to the media in Miami on Wednesday, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
Tannehill suffered a hyperextended left knee and deep thigh
bruise last week against the New York Jets. Following Tannehill’s injury, the
Dolphins had to call on backup quarterback Matt Moore to close out the contest.
Following practice yesterday Tannehill said he felt good.
While he’s not back to “100 percent,” he said he’s going to do everything he
can to be ready for Miami’s matchup with Indianapolis.
Miami’s convincing win over the Jets has them sitting in second
place in the AFC East, a win behind the New England Patriots. Tannehill and the
Dolphins have given fans something to get excited about this season.
