Cowboys Injury Report: DeMarco Murray, Tyron Smith, Unlikely to Play Thanksgiving

Several Dallas Cowboys players, including running back DeMarco Murray (foot), offensive linemen Tyron Smith (ankle) and Phil Costa (ankle), defensive lineman Jay Ratliff (groin) and wide receiver Kevin Ogletree (concussion), didn’t participate in yesterday’s workout, reports Jimmy Burch of the Star-Telegram.

Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray (foot) and left tackle Tyron Smith (ankle) did not participate in today’s practice and are not expected to play in Thursday’s game against Washington, according to team sources.

Burch adds that Murray and Smith are both expected to miss Thursday’s contest against the Washington Redskins. While Murray’s been nursing his foot injury for several weeks, Smith was injured last weekend during the team’s victory over the Cleveland Browns. His absence only further depletes an already shaky Cowboys’ offensive line.
