While the Cleveland Browns were able to pull off an
impressive upset over the Pittsburgh Steelers yesterday, they lost quarterback
Brandon Weeden late in the game after he suffered what’s been diagnosed as a
concussion, reports Marc Sessler of NFL.com.

"He's good," Browns coach Pat Shurmur said, via The Associated Press. "We had a good conversation. ... Some guys come back quickly (from a concussion), some guys don't."
Weeden sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of yesterday’s
game. After being sacked by Steelers linebacker Jason Worilds, Weeden’s helmet
collided with the thing of Browns offensive lineman Joe Thomas at the end of
the play.
Following the game Shurmur told reporters that Weeden was in
fact being treated for a concussion. If the rookie quarterback is forced to
miss time due to the injury, backup Colt McCoy, who finished out the game for
the Browns, would get the nod next week against the Oakland Raiders.
