The Green Bay Packers will already be without several
high-profile players during today’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and
Peter King of Sports Illustrated reports wide receiver Jordy Nelson is also
unlikely to suit up.

Jordy Nelson (hamstring) is questionable, but SI's Peter King believes the wide receiver is unlikely to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Nelson has been hampered by a hamstring injury that had him listed as questionable entering the week. Because hamstrings can turn into
lingering issues, especially for wide receivers, if not treated properly, the
Packers may be wise to sit Nelson this week. Also, they don’t figure to need
him to beat the Jaguars, who will be without Pro Bowler Maurice Jones-Drew.
Over his five games played this season Nelson has caught 40
passes for 532 yards and five touchdowns. The Packers will already be without Greg
Jennings as he recovers from a groin injury, so James Jones and Randall Cobb
are expected to see time at wide receiver today.
