The St. Louis Rams have ruled offensive tackle Rodger Saffold and defensive end William Hayes as out for tonight’s contest against
the San Francisco 49ers, according to Joe Lyons on the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Lyons notes that both Saffold and Hayes are recovering from
knee injuries. Saffold was also held out of the team’s Week 3 matchup as a
result of his knee ailment, and Lyons notes that he tackle is expected to be
replaced in tonight’s starting lineup by Joe Barksdale.
Everyone else on the Rams’ injury report – including key players
such as running back Daryl Richardson (foot) and offensive tackle Jake Long
(foot) – are considered probable to suit up against the 49ers.
