Raiders' Terrelle Pryor likely out Week 4

Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor has yet to get clearance from his concussion that he suffered last week.  Pryor was able to practice Thursday, but he only did individual drills.  Pryor watched Matt Flynn take the first team reps from the sidelines.  Since Pryor still hasn't received clearance he is likely to miss this week and Flynn will get the start in his place.
Pryor has only been cleared for non-contact practice and according to his head coach Dennis Allen "he still has some hurdles that he needs to clear".  Pryor has played surprisingly well early in this season even though the team is only 1-2.  Losing Pryor could be a big blow to the Raiders offense because they play a Redskins defense that has looked bad early in the season and he could of made some big plays with both his legs and his arm.

I expect the Raiders to go back to Pryor even if Matt Flynn plays well this week.  The Raiders named Pryor their starting quarterback before the season started and the last thing they want is a quarterback controversy.  Unless there is some kind of set back I expect Pryor to be ready to go by next week.
