Start Daryl Richardson vs SF. The 49ers have allowed 6 touchdowns to opposing RBs in the last 3 games. I know Richardson is coming off of a minor injury, but SF hasn't beaten the Rams since 2011; which was also the last time the Rams lost a division game at home. The Rams are going to play smart football and Jeff Fisher is going to lean heavily on his running specialist. He does come with some risk, but I think his up-side is too good to pass up this week as a RB2 or strong Flex.
Start Matt Forte vs DET. The Lions are going to give up points, but they seem to keep teams out of the end zone within the 10 yard line. What's this mean? Good things for Forte, not so good for Michael Bush. My bold prediction of the week; Forte scores the Bears' every point (except for the XPs obviously). In 10 career games against the Lions, Forte has broken double-digit fantasy points in every game.
Start Jamaal Charles vs NYG. I'm not sure why anyone would consider benching him after last week's numbers. The 3-0 Chiefs take on the 0-3 Giants this week and Charles is poised for another explosive performance. Andy Reid has shown that J.C. is just as good as L.Mc. Look for Charles to find the end zone a couple of times this weekend.
Start Trent Richardson vs JAC. I know all T-Rich owners were super excited when he was traded to the Colts. Then last week happened, and now owners are questioning everything they thought they knew about fantasy football running backs. It shouldn't take my words of wisdom to convince you that the Colts have the edge in this game, and this is going to result in plenty of garbage time yards for Richardson. I'm expecting 100-150 yards and a score for Trent.
Sit C.J. Spiller vs BAL. The Ravens have shut down running backs all year and Spiller is fresh off of injury. In his only game against the Ravens, Spiller recorded 3 fantasy points.
Sit Ryan Mathews vs DAL. This game is going ot be close and that hurts nobody's fantasy value more than Ryan Mathews. I would be surprised if he carries the ball more than 15 times against a defense who only allows 44 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs.
Sit DeMarco Murray vs SD. The Chargers haven't allowed a touchdown to opposing running backs this year. If Murray is going to put up points this week it's going to be catching the ball, but the Chargers' front 7 aren't going to let up catches from the backfield easily.
Sit Ray Rice vs BUF. If Rice plays he's not going to be 100%. The Bills are yet to allow an opposing RB to score on them. Teams have averaged 32 carries per week against the Bills and John Harbaugh isn't going to do that to Ray Ray coming off of injury.
