Two weeks ago it was reported that Cleveland Browns running
back Trent Richardson could be sidelined until training camp by a lower leg strain. The team generally downplayed the news, as they didn’t expect it to
impact his regular season. However, there is now talk that Richardson will be
out until August as a result of the leg injury, as the Browns are worried it
may develop into a stress fracture, according to Will Burge of ESPN Cleveland.

While Richardson has shown flashes of his immense talent, he
has continued to deal with injury issues. This could still prove to be a
non-issue if the running back is able to recover during his time off, but
questions regarding his durability will continue to come up until he’s able to
stay healthy for an extended period of time.
