From Total Access: #Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski's 4th surgery is imminent, I'm told. Plan is for Monday. Took X-Rays, was examined yesterday

Patriots "expect" Gronk to be ready for camp. But do not know for sure. Doctors will examine forearm Monday, see if infection has persisted

Gronk’s arm will be examined on Monday to see if the
infection that has delayed his recover remains. If it doesn’t, then he’s
expected to be ready before or during training camp. If the infection is still
present, it will put the start of Gronk’s regular season in jeopardy, as a
fifth surgery will be required.
Having already suffered several setbacks this offseason when
it’s come to the ailing arm, the Patriots and Gronkowski are holding their
breath as the results approach. The tight end injured his forearm twice last
season, once at the end of the year and again during the playoffs.
