Edelman and fellow wide receiver Matthew Slater were limited
at Wednesday’s practice due to concussions. Edelman exited last Thursday’s
contest against the Jets with what was listed as a head injury. He’s
questionable to play this weekend.
Hernandez (ankle), Welker (ankle) and Lloyd (knee) were
among the 12 Patriots’ players limited at practice Wednesday, also including
safety Patrick Chung (shoulder/hamstring), linebackers Dont’a Hightower
(hamstring) and Brandon Spikes (knee) and defensive lineman Kyle Love (knee).
Six Patriots did not practice Wednesday, including offensive
linemen Dan Connolly (back), Logan Mankins (ankle/calf), Sebastian Vollmer
(back/knee) and Markus Zusevics (illness), defensive lineman Chandler Jones
(ankle) and tight end Rob Gronkowski (forearm/hip).
