While Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte was able to
practice at a limited capacity yesterday, several other starters did not suit
up, including linebacker Lance Briggs, cornerback Charles Tillman and wide receivers
Alshon Jeffery and Devin Hester, reports Vaughn McClure of the Chicago Tribune.

Coaches said that Forte, who’s dealing with an ankle injury,
looked fine at practice Wednesday. There was some fear that he wouldn’t be able
to play against the Seattle Seahawks this weekend, but it now appears more likely
that he will be able to suit up.
Despite the good news on the Forte front, the Bears were
without Briggs (ankle), Hester (concussion), Jeffery (knee) and Tillman (ankle),
along with tight end Kellen Davis (ankle) and offensive lineman Chris Spencer
(knee).
