The New England Patriots and St. Louis Rams are in London
this weekend to share the gift of the NFL with our friends across the pond. However,
several familiar faces didn’t make the trip, including Patriots tight end Aaron
Hernandez.

Hernandez was able to return to action last week after being
sidelined due to an ankle injury. He didn’t make the trip with New England this
week, as his ankle isn’t responding to treatment. This is causing the big
target to experience trouble cutting.
Safety Patrick Chung and running back Brandon Bolden were
among six others that didn’t make the trip, including cornerback Ras-I Dowling
who the Patriots recently placed on IR.
Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola is attempting to come back
much sooner than expected from a severe shoulder injury. While he was able to
practice earlier this week, most expected Amendola to be sidelined through the
team’s by week. However, he’s yet to be ruled out.
