Broncos Injury Report: Tracy Porter “Unlikely” to Play

The Denver Broncos have listed cornerback Tracy Porter as questionable for tonight’s contest against his former team, the New Orleans Saints, but NFL.com’s Michelle Meisner reports that the defensive back is unlikely to play.

Denver Broncos cornerback Tracy Porter is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game against the New Orleans Saints, but sources tell NFL.com and NFL Network's Michelle Beisner that Porter is unlikely to play.

Porter has said throughout the week that he hopes to play, and he was at the Broncos’ facility yesterday for the team’s walkthrough. He told reporters that everything “looked normal” when he was evaluated by doctors. He’s recovering from light-headedness and a racing heart, symptoms similar to those he experienced before suffering a seizure in August.

While doctors haven’t been able to determine the root cause of Porter’s initial seizure, they are confident that it won’t happen again.

  1. Does Porter still collect his $250,000 a game paycheck? For the $$$, he should be holding a severed limb before out of a game.

    1. He is getting his money, but at least the Broncos won. You sound like a Denver fan, and that was a big win for the Broncos.
